The Davenport Radio Amateur Club (DRAC) conducts exams under the ARRL VEC. All exam elements are administered. Preregistration is required and may be done during the 10 days that precede any session, up to 1800 hours on the night preceding the exam. Preregistration provides efficient scheduling for the computers that are used to administer the exams and minimizes waiting time and distractions to candidates actually being tested.
